Isophthalonitrile
is the most widely used and in the greatest
need among the present fragrant cyanogens. The
major use is to make 4-chlorobenzonitrile by
the chlorine reaction and it is a high- efficient
, widely- used ,low-poisoned, low-remained agricultural
bactericide. By adding hydrogen to Isophthalonitrile
and by their reaction, we can get diamine which
is an excellent resin solidify. Isophthalonitrile
is also the raw material of making plastic,
paint and synthetic fibre.

applies in producing products connecting with
phthalein , such as phthalein pigment and phthalein
sensitive substance. phthalein pigment comes
from benzeneanhydride and goes through a series
of industrial art production such as hydrolysis,acidamide
, sulphonate, nitrify etc. The procedure of
producing is complicated and the quality of
the products is inferior. In the recent years,
with the increase of people¡¯s demands for heat-resisting
and wear-resisting materials, it is urgent to
produce the high qualitative phthalein material.
In the foreign country phthalo2nitrile has already
been widely applied in producing products connecting
with phthalein materials and heat-resist ing
coating. But our country has done nothing in
producing phthalo2nitrile . So there is no development
in this area¡¯s research. Thus in our country
no factory producephthalo2nitrile . The small
amount use completely depends on importing.
With this equipment, we can also produce phthalo2nitrile
in our country. polyphthalo2nitrile compound
material is the only polymer compound material
at present which can comprehensively meet American
military use standard MIL-STD-2031 demand without
surface protection. polyphthalo2nitrile resin¡¯s
glass converting temperature is as high as 450
degree. Under the 100kw/m2 thermal current,
glass fiber, charcoal fiber heighten phthalo2nitrile¡¯s
burning time and heat release rate and they
are 60s¡¢106kw/m2ºÍ75s 118kw/m2.It has a widely
applying prospect in submarine and naval vessels
on water.
¡¡¡¡phthalo2nitrile(OPN)
¡¡With phthalo2nitrile(OPN) applying in material
science area more and more widely, the market
capacity becomes larger and larger. From the
documentary report, we can see that at present
the whole world¡¯s output of phthalo2nitrile
is no more than several thousands tons every
year. It is far from satisfying the market¡¯s
demand. In our country, there is still no report
about its passing a test, etc and producing.
Through a large amount of experiments and demonstration,
the Aifa Compound Experiment Center established
by Dezhou Aifa Chemical Co.LTD and Wuhan University
carry our passing a test producing with the
adopting of fluidized-bed reaction equipment.
The result of continous passing a test producing
shows that the ODT ammonia oxidize catalyst
ODT-88 has high selective quality, small value.
Its receive rate is more than 70% and product¡¯s
degree of purity ¡Ý99% .So it has reached the
international advanced level.
¡¡¡¡3-nitrylphthalo2nitrile
and 4-nitrylphthalo2nitrile¡¡is the necessary
intermediate raw material for today¡¯s eagerly
lacked numeral sensititive material. As for
the environment protection, with the adoption
of the ammonia oxidize technology named as the
green chemical industry and with the removing
of the imined and the heavily polluted sulphonate
technology, it can reach the zero drain.
